Perspective

I work to create a strong therapeutic relationship in an environment where clients feel safe yet challenged.  It is important as a potential client, to feel empowered about who is a good fit for you as a therapist.

Your body begins to tell you when things are no longer working well anymore.  The old way of doing things is no longer functioning.  It can be seen in the form of depressive features, panic attacks, anger outbursts, and physical manifestations such as headaches, dizziness, and nausea. Some people let things progress to this point before seeking help.  No matter what the reason is for deciding to seek help, we can work together to formulate goals that will heal from the past and find new solutions for the future. Through a better understanding of how early childhood has shaped you, this awareness can begin to affect change.
